1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service under the following conditions:

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel any scheduled service at least 3 hours before the service time without any charges.

  • Late Cancellation: If a cancellation request is made within 3 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of up to ₹99 may be applicable.

  • No-Show: If our service professional reaches your location and you are unavailable or unreachable, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • You can reschedule your booking up to 3 hours before the service time at no additional cost.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 3 hours of service time are subject to availability and may incur a ₹49 convenience fee.

3. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the service provided. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If the service professional did not show up or the booking was missed due to a fault on our side, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you’re unhappy with the service, please report it within 24 hours. We may offer:

    • A free service revisit

    • Or a partial/full refund, based on the issue and proof provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellation made after service completion.

  • Dissatisfaction without clear, valid reasoning or proof.

  • Change of mind after service is partially/fully completed.
